Transport & Delivery

When shopping in our stores, in case you are unable to transport what you have purchased with your vehicle, we can carry out the shipping under the terms agreed with the salesperson. Shipping is on schedule, on all days except holidays and Sunday, from 08:00 to 16:00. Please arrange all shipping details with our staff at the point of sale. Note: for products purchased for sale, shipping is solely the responsibility of the buyer.
When shopping online: if you shop at our online store, you will be able to:
- take the product personally from any of the points of sale;
- use a delivery service on your account;
The online purchase option has not been available yet.

Unloading

The products will be delivered to the agreed address, or to the nearest point where vehicle access is possible, so make sure the access is free. The unloading of the products, as well as their possible floor mounting, are the buyer's responsibility. The buyer will be contacted in advance to make timely arrangements for receiving the order. Please, check the incoming order immediately and report any shortage to the carrier instantly. You confirm the acceptance and correctness of the order by signing a document. MEGA DOO will not be responsible for any further storage and use of the ordered products.

Installation

MEGA DOO does not assemble the ordered products, and is not responsible for the correctness of the installation. Recommendations and advice regarding product assembly are informative and non-binding. They are given at the request of the buyer in order to make the necessary work easier. The client arranges the deadline, price and method of installation with the authorized installers or privately hired contractors who are responsible for the work performed. Please read the manufacturer's instructions before installing and using the product or consult a professional if necessary. Exception: for some of the Wellness program products, MEGA DOO provides installation. The place where the product will be mounted should be adequately equipped to provide electricity, water supply and drainage connections.

Maintenance

We provide spare parts for most products, and for some (Wellness program) we provide customer on-demand service. Technique products are serviced by authorized service personnel.

Product return and replacement

You will be able to return or replace the purchased product within 15 days of purchase, or delivery of the product. You must provide a fiscal bill, provided that the product is not used, in good working order, in original and non-damaged packaging. In addition, the buyer is obliged to bring the product on his own account to the point of sale where it is purchased. Returns and replacements are not possible for specially ordered products as well as for products purchased for sale.
